		<description>You don&#039;t specifically need an app, you can already blog via E-Mail http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_by_Email :D ...be a pain to add in those html tags without a specialised app though, unless you formatted the e-mail.

There was also a wordpress service knocking around a few years ago that let you phone your blog posts in.
